• Facility owners live on-site and provide professional supervision
• Stalls are cleaned twice daily
• Daily turn-out to individual pastures
• Winter blanketing and summer fly masks on and off
• High-quality grass hay
• Grain and vitamin/mineral supplement included or will feed owner-supplied supplements
• On-site farrier
• Full Care Board $750 and minimum lesson/training fee $100/month
• Half and full training also available
• Horse Trailer Storage Fee $30/month
