About Us – Stonepony Dressage

Stonepony Dressage is located in Central Oregon between Bend and Redmond. Stonepony is owned and managed by Nancy and Mark Stearns. We provide instruction for riders pursuing an interest in dressage as well as horse boarding. Whether students’ goals are training for competition or simply acquiring better communication with the horse, classical riding principles are followed.

Dressage instructor, Nancy Stearns, has been teaching Dressage for over 30 years. She has a love of teaching and strives to adapt her communication to meet the individual needs of each student and horse. Mark Stearns has been a full time farrier since 1986 with clients ranging from United States Equestrian Team members (Dressage) to Hall of Fame cutting trainers.
